I plan to elevate the MedTech Society into a pivotal hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, where members are empowered to drive advancements in medical technology through collaboration, mentorship, and engagement in real-world projects, such as our incubator program being developed in partnership with XPRIZE. My tenure as event lead , coupled with extensive networking across Oxford and London and in India and insights from a longevity internship have built a strong insight into the field.

- XPRIZE Collaboration Incubator Programme: I pledge to launch an incubator program in collaboration with XPRIZE, designed to provide resources, mentorship, and support, enabling members to turn innovative ideas into tangible solutions within the medtech sector.
- Expand Mentorship Programme: I aim to broaden the existing mentorship program, enhancing access to experienced professionals and fostering a learning environment that supports our members' growth and development.
- Maximize Committee Potential: I commit to fully harnessing the committee's capabilities, facilitating a wide array of connections, organizing meaningful events, and generating ample opportunities for our members.
