Hi everyone my name is Ece, I am a third year Medical Biosciences with Management student. Aspiring to break into the realm of business, I am passionate about fostering a safe community for women within its competitive landscape. As a candidate for the Secretary position, I am committed to ensuring smooth internal communications and efficient organization within the committee. With a dedicated focus on transparency and collaboration, I will fulfill the responsibilities of this role diligently!

Why me?

• Crucial to this role, I have extensive experience in efficient time management from working in 2 dynamic start-up environments.
• Having worked as a Summer School Student Ambassador for Imperial, I will utilise my organisational skills to keep on top of secretorial duties.
• I am keen to deploy the interpersonal skills I have solidified through past experiences to facilitate structured and clear communication within the society.

As the Secretary I will strive to:

• Prioritise the student experience by regularly collecting reflections and feedback for improvement.
• Efficiently manage internal and external communications to allow for smooth running of the society.
• Bridge the gap between ICWB members and the commitee to make sure every voice is heard!
