Wanna Magadi

Hey Everyone! My name is Wanna and I’m a second-year Medical Biosciences student running for Treasurer at WIB this year!

While I don’t think I’ll have the most committee experience compared to some of the other candidates running this year. I have the means and will to learn and I’m fully prepared to give this my best shot and put my all into giving you all more opportunities and WIB events at student friendly prices!

As well as the admin duties that come with this role, I hope to work more with the Sponsorship Team this year and try to secure more funding and hopefully get more of our events subsidised!

Overall, I’d like to be the Treasurer for WIB this year to offer more opportunities for us build a fun community for everyone to join (and so we can hopefully leverage all these opportunities for us all to get summer internships this year too ;D)
