As I am running for a role in the data science society, it is only right that I may or may not have used ChatGPT to write half this manifesto.
Having attended a significant number of data science workshops and events this year with several of my peers, I have quite a few ideas as to how the activities conducted can be improved to be made more engaging and interactive. Firstly, I think the teaching medium of notebooks much surpasses the monotony of running through lecture slides, especially after majority of the attendees have spent most of a day already attending lecture that are taken in that fashion. I found the Time-Series Analysis series by the previous head of talent development to be the most engaging series to date, and I hope to take his methods to run more series like it, if I am elected to be the head of talent development next year.
In conclusion, my fellow data enthusiasts, let's embark on this journey together – with a sprinkle of AI magic, a dash of creativity, and a whole lot of passion for data science. Together, we'll turn our society into a beacon of innovation and excellence.
GPT still isn't great at sounding like a normal person.
Thanks,
