Investment: Secretary

Hi!!! I'm Angela a Y1 Bio student ;) Ever since I took Economics higher level in IB, I wanted to do more in finance and investment rather than just focusing purely on STEM.

I wish to become Secretary at Imperial investment society to faciliate and coordinate our investment lessons, networking events, investment and finance talks etc. I believe investment is not just a skill to acquire but also a mindset in life. We are all STEM focused, but investment is a skill to be trained that opens doors to new career paths which I believe would make a STEM undergrad even more empowered. If you are wondering, I do have experiences in management, coordination and investment: I have co-founded a charity organization for autistic children and was housecaptain responsible for organizing assemblies and all school events during high school. I earned the SEC certificate in this society, and had high achievements with the Harvard Business Program in the past year.
