Anusha Manikandan

Hi everyone,

I'm Anusha, a third year medic, and I would love to be Treasurer for Paediatrics society!

As someone who has a passion for Paediatrics and working alongside children, I would love to be able to deepen that connection and become a core member of Paeds society to further surround myself with like-minded individuals who share the same visions and goals as me when it comes to child-centric healthcare provision, and inspire me to do even more for our community and hospitals in terms of volunteering projects, research opportunities etc.

As treasurer, I see myself playing a vital role in ensuring the society has the resources needed to be able to fulfil their goals and continue making positive impacts in the community. Being a Playteam leader, I am eager to take the next step with a higher leadership role within the society, and I believe I can help us reach a wider community, embark on more initiatives, get more people interested in what we do and help everyone feel valued as a member of our community!
