Hi everyone, I'm Shreya, a second year medical student and your future SORA webmaster! As someone who has been the SORA conference, I am aware of the immense effort that goes into organising events and I would love to be able to give back to this society. But, what makes me suited for this role? I'm a great team worker, having been in many leadership positions in both university and school, and I am able to communicate effectively with my fellow peers and professionals. I believe I have the skills to excel as webmaster not only due to my proficiency in technology and passion for medicine and research, but also as I have new ideas that I am excited to implement: for example, a SORA newsletter that would act as a hub for disseminating information and would include emails/points of contact to recent speakers and sponsors. Being Webmaster is no easy task, but I am determined to fulfil this role with passion and dedication, so please vote for me!
