Ajith Kurian

Hey everyone!

I’m Ajith, a second-year EEE student and I’m excited to be running for VP Training. Consultancy Society has been a major help in exposing me to the industry and in learning the basics, so I am keen to give back to ICG.

Having experienced a few consulting projects such as in 180DC, I understand how important proper training and preparation is needed to deliver the best outcomes to our clients. Moreover, I am currently VP of Industry at EESoc where I have successfully secured £6000 in sponsorship and organised events such as careers fairs and talks which have taught me how to manage a large society.

To support members I hope to,

• Provide members with holistic training materials including course guides teaching core consulting skills
• Leveraging alumni within the industry to give workshops and personalised training where possible
• Emphasise the importance of softer skills within the training programme such as implementing time/project management strategies to ensure projects are as successful as possible for all parties

As ICG VP Training, I promise to ensure that everyone undertaking a project is well supported regardless of their existing experience in the industry.
