As your candidate for the role of Recreational Rowing Representative, I will committ to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment within our club. I will ensure that every member, regardless of experience or skill, feels valued and can pursue their personal rowing goals within the club, and enjoys just sending it with the squad. (I will not judge you depending on how many monday morning sessions you decide to skip). I will also be a voice on the comittee that can raise any issues or concerns you have.
