Hello there, everyone!

I am Adam Bencsik: Incoming BCG summer intern. 2^nd year maths student. Organiser of many events. Veteran of countless competitions.

My 3 step vision:

Step 1: Training

I aim to build the best consultancy application training system of UK universities. Presentations with theoretical wishy-washy statements are nice. But consultancy applications are way more tangible than that. As a start:

1. Online tests. We will have classes per week, where we will drill sample papers, and collect every take home value we can find.
2. Interviews. We have a big case-study library. We come together weekly, hand out 2/4 case-studies to participants. We pair up, interviewee-interviewer; switch roles and rotate. Workshop holders will moderate and coach.

Negotiate partnerships with prestigious, otherwise expensive preparation programs.

Step 2: Fast-track

Networking events are great. It would be even better if the participating companies were open to fast-tracking opportunities. In case of smaller, boutique firms: Showing the strength of our training program and highlighting the top performing ICG projects will make this more feasible, and we will fight fiercely for these opportunities.

Step 3: Reach-out further

Amongst a few others, McKinsey does not yet collaborate with us. Building on the boosted credibility from previous steps and utilising our connections throughout Europe I am confident that ultimately, we will secure a partnership with them.
