Hi all! I'm Bennie!! As Secretary of the Imperial Women in Science, Engineering, and Technology Society, I will be dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for WSET. Through a combination of social events and weekly emails, I aim to connect, support, and inspire our members.

I will organize engaging social gatherings that provide opportunities for networking, collaboration, and friendship among WSET. These events will be inclusive, and will serve as platforms for sharing experiences and building a strong Imperial female community.

I will send out informative and inspiring emails on a weekly basis, packed with resources, updates, and stories of WSET. These emails will provide valuable information on scholarships, job opportunities, and professional development, empowering our members to excel in their careers.

Committed to ensuring that our events and communications are accessible to all members regardless of their background or circumstances， I will actively promote inclusivity and diversity, amplifying the voices of underrepresented groups and creating spaces where everyone feels valued and supported.

I will seek feedback from our members regularly to ensure that our events and communications meet their needs and preferences. I will strive for continuous improvement, adapting our approach to better serve our community and foster growth and development. Together we will build a supportive and empowering community where WSET can thrive, succeed, and inspire future generations.
