Sofia Hospodar

Hey y’all! My name is Sofia, and for those of you who may not know me, I am the WSET secretary this year (if you have ever received an email from the society with info on the events we run, it probably came from me 😊).

In the last two years, I've met so many wonderful people through this society, and this year as Secretary I've had the opportunity to see what it takes to bring such incredible events to all our members (it's no joke when I say that this committee does SO much work to put together the events you see throughout the year!). Going forward, I would love to continue helping the society achieve its goal of promoting connection between women across Imperial and providing access to networking opportunities for all our members!

I’m a very organized person and as President I would be committed to maintaining communication among committee and society members and ensuring all our events run smoothly. I also have experience serving as secretary of WSET, secretary of First Aid Society and Vice-Chair of UNICEF this past year and am well-equipped to help the society deal with any challenges that may arise in the coming year. I'm also very friendly and would be dedicated to making everyone feel included and welcome!
