Chemistry: Marketing Officer

Hi there everyone! I'm Mako, hoping to become Marketing Officer for next year's ChemSoc!

My favorite element is Manganese because of its irregularity in metallic radius compared to other 1st row d-block elements.

I'm currently 1st Year, and on the Medicinal Chemistry Course.

I'm standing because I want to show how fun ChemSoc can be and reach a wider audience through social media, predominately through Instagram. I've enjoyed the many ChemSoc events I've been to and ChemSoc helped me to settle down in new environment. Therefore, I would like to contribute ChemSoc and want others to enjoy the amazing Chemistry community, which is the best deparment :) I have experience in similar positions, by preparing Instagram posts representing Model United Nation club in my high school, so I will promise you that I will work responsibly and the most importantly, make cool posts representing our Chemistry community!
