For the past few months I have made wonderful memories with everyone in this club. Now, I'm driven to ensure others feel the same warmth. That's why I'm eager to join the committee and take on the role of secretary. With my careful attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and honesty, I believe I can contribute to fostering a sense of belonging for all, especially our incoming juniors.

As Secretary of MSoc, I am committed to enhancing communication, accessibility, and transparency within our community. Here are some key initiatives I plan to implement:

Increased Online Accessibility: I will ensure that more meetings are available online, making it easier for members to attend and facilitating the recording of important sessions for those unable to participate live.

Streamlined Event Announcements: I will organize event announcements into separate channels on WhatsApp, categorizing them based on their nature (career events, one-time events, family gatherings, etc.), to provide clearer communication and reduce information overload.

Outlook calendar: I will update the events that members have signed up to into their outlook calendar, so that they can view the club events alongside their school calendar.

Suggestion Box: I will establish a suggestion box using Microsoft Forms, allowing members to contribute ideas for future events, budget allocations, and other relevant matters. Regular polls will also be conducted to gather feedback on specific budget allocations for events.
