Prakriti Raman

Hi everyone, I'm Prakriti and I'm running for Secretary. Having taken part in EMW this year, I'm aware of how much organisation and thought goes into every event we put on and I would love to be a bigger part of the team responsible for it.

As Mixed Captain on the badminton team this year, I was responsible for booking courts, planning schedules and organising and motivating our team, and I will apply all these skills to my role as Sec to ensure that all our events run smoothly and reflect the dedication and effort of our performers. As someone who loves their to-do lists and cannot live without my calendar, I am the best person to undertake such an integral role that requires meticulous attention to detail and logistics.

I'm also a very sociable person and love building connectings, I will be able to communicate extremely well with the Union, the rest of the committee, and the general society and also build relations with external societies to make next year's Indian society undertakings bigger and better than ever!!
