Understanding the importance of the Paris tour for our members, I plan to implement a transparent and rigorous budgeting process, focusing on securing the best deals for travel and accommodation, and exploring sponsorship opportunities to offset costs. For equipment and court bookings, I will negotiate with vendors and facilities for better rates and terms, leveraging our society's position to secure discounts or partnerships. Additionally, I will introduce innovative strategies for membership fee structures to increase revenue without burdening our members. A key part of my strategy involves closely monitoring referee expenses, ensuring we maintain quality officiating at a manageable cost.
