Hello! I'm Justin in Year 1 Chemistry, and I'm delighted to be running for Treasurer in Artsoc!

Ever since coming to Imperial, I've been so lucky to watch so many brilliant musicals and plays with Artsoc's affordable tickets! It's an amazing opportunity to immerse myself in theatre culture and really experience these excellent productions live, in person on a student budget, especially with so many other friends and people who are so enthusiastic about the West End!

As treasurer, I'll make sure that our finances are in good order for the continual survival and thriving of ArtSoc, and tickets are as inexpensive as possible. Also, I will strive to increase supply of tickets (potentially via reruns) for popular shows, eg. Phantom/Hamilton, so everyone who wants to go gets the chance to. I will also expand our show variety with new shows, decided by YOU, our members, so we don't miss the hottest musicals on the block! Besides, I'll ensure other events, such as theatre tours or socials get proper funding, and coordinate with other committee members to make sure everything runs smoothly!

Artsoc has done so much in making theatre accessible to everyone, so I'm fully prepared to continue that and introduce the most plays, the most tickets, at the cheapest prices. My past experiences as treasurer both in Hong Kong and London has well-equipped me with the organisation and management skills needed for this position, so I hope you will give me the chance to serve everyone!
