Hi everyone!! I have been a part of Dance Company since my first year and it has been such a huge and the best part of my uni experience which I am so grateful for. I have always wanted to get more involved with Dance Company so I took up the role of Webmaster & Inter Jazz Director in my 2nd year and then Competition Director this year- all of these roles I have enjoyed so much as I get to know how the society is run and being able to meet and work with many members of Dance Company.
Taking on these different committee roles, I have learnt lots about the behind the scenes of how Dance Company is run. I am also a very organised person and have been able to manage my time well, being Competition Director, being on Inter teams as well as being Secretary of Cameroon Catalyst and my studies too! I would like to think that I am an approachable and friendly person so that any newcomers feel welcome in the society and that anyone can come to me if they have any queries. In addition, I am a team player and working as a team with other committee members is the key to meeting deadlines and being organised as I have learnt this year.
I would love to run to be your president so that everyone can have as amazing as an experience as I have had with Dance Company!
