Charles was class representative for 3 yrs, member of the IFS Governing Board for 1 yr, head chair-executive member-deputy chair-delegate of MUN for 3 years, a personal online tutor, and a central member of a fundraising project for Children's Wishing Well raising a total of SGD18.000 (=£10.500).
