Hey BMB, my name is Chae,

Representing you as your academic rep the past two years was an honour and I’d love to continue to serve you in the academic officer position. I've pulled all-nighters reading all your feedback on unfair ICAs and lack of support in labs to change this for you, I do really care about you! I want to FIGHT, ADVOCATE and be there for you with any academic-related issues you’re going through.

I’m the right person for the job. Being a natural-born leader, I can clearly communicate your academic needs and demands. Working closely with the BMB head of all years, FEO, ICSMSU and staff for two years as Academic Rep and fresher buddy, negotiating and partaking in decision-making that ACCOMMODATE to our interests - this experience is my biggest asset. With my outgoing, open-minded and approachable personality, I’m confident I can bring about the changes you want to see!

STUDY GROUP sessions for all cohorts - collaborative and help each other with ICAs, discuss exam past papers + FREE snacks (donuts, pizza) and drinks (boba) provided!
My big vision for the year is to bring you more CONFERENCES, OPEN DAYS at Pharma/Med companies - tour offices and NETWORK with recruiters. Secure that internship at your dream pharma company, in healthcare consulting or if you’re headed into postgraduate study, get advice on how to navigate this path!
