Hi, I’m Christian and I’m re-running to be your DPCS!
I have spent the last year in the role and so have extensive experience with clubs, societies, and projects (CSPs), which I hope to bring back to the job to ensure that I support your voice to the Union and empower those who run CSPs and take part in them.
So far, I’ve:
- Implemented the Student Experience Fund.
- Introduced improved training for CSP committees.
- Conducted a large-scale review to improve the efficiency of CSP funding.
- Worked with Move Imperial to improve Imperial Athletes.
- Engrained sustainability into CSP funding.
- Helped deliver the most successful welcome fair in recent history!

I aim to make running or taking part in CSPs the most enjoyable and rewarding experience anyone at Imperial can have!
How?
Response Times & Support
- Reduce the response times on event/trip proposals and the activities inbox, to ensure that all committees feel supported to run their events stress-free.
- Increase the support opportunities available to those running events, to ensure that all events are of the highest quality.
- Improve communication and transparency from the Union to CSPs about processes and updates.
Sustainability
- Introduce a society sustainability framework to ensure that sustainable CSPs are rewarded and encouraged to be sustainable.
Student Experience Fund
- Increase the number of students who can access the fund.
- Expand the fund to postgraduate and international students.
Funding Opportunities
- Introduce funding for new societies.
- Improve grant and annual budgeting to make it more equitable and accessible.
