Amanda Reimer

Hey, I am Amanda. I am a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student, and I am running for

Run Captain.

I properly started my run journey last year by signing up for a marathon. I have been

playing football since I was 5 but never ran more than a 10k. I know the struggle to push

through and build that aerobic engine, but I believe I can help. Since signing up for a

marathon, I have also completed 4 Hyrox (1 double open, 2 single open and 1 pro

single) and 6 coming up. And I have done one half and doing another one on the 18th of

October. My current race pbs are 39mins 10k, 1:37 half and 3:34 marathon.

I have done the training and learned what has worked for me and others. I would love to

help others to reach their goals as well and break pbs.
