Friends, Fencers, QS2 students, lend me your ears:--

My name is German, and I am doing an MSc in Quantum Fields and Fundamental Forces here. I've been fencing épée for 4 years including a year spent in Vienna where they kill you dead if you don't extend your arm before you lunge.

As M3 Captain, I aim to drive our team forward, both to victory and to enjoy ourself in its pursuit. Above all I believe fencing to be a sport where enjoyment is paramount, and I will strive to use my position to ensure a healthy Joie de Vivre for all.

I look forward to handling the logistics for us so that we can all focus on enjoying our time on the piste and in the pub 🍻!
