I am applying because I want to make fundraising for Global Brigades more effective, creative and sustainable. As a National Research and Exchange Officer for Students for Global Health UK, I have experience working within a national student organisation, coordinating projects and communicating with different stakeholders.

If elected, I would focus on:

1. Building long-term sponsorships with companies and organisations aligned with Global Brigades.
2. Running engaging fundraising events and collaborations with other societies.
3. Creating a clear sponsorship package and contact database for future committees.
4. Showing donors the impact of their contributions through clear fundraising goals and updates.

My goal is to build a more professional fundraising strategy, raise more money, and make participation in Global Brigades more accessible to students.
