A Cappella: Publicity Officer

Hi everyone! I’m Audrey, a third-year Biochemist and member of Nth!

When I joined Imperial, I headed straight to the A Cappella stall, but I never imagined how it would shape the last two years into such an incredible experience. Now, I am excited for the chance to give back by representing every group and the society as a whole as Publicity Officer. Being on placement 20 minutes away means that I am committed to attend all events with a publicity mindset and show everyone what a great society we are!

Following in the footsteps of the amazing Jan, I would continue the brilliant things he has implemented such as the ‘Day in the Life’ vlogs (I love those!!) and additionally:

Showcasing our community – more stories about whole-society events like initiation, Aca dinner, and more whole-society photos
Engaging videos to showcase our fun side – challenges, trends and collabs with different groups/whole society
Creative posters – Again trying to be as creative and fun as possible with event posters like last year

My experience:

Designed a promotional poster for a science communications company
Designed an informational recruitment leaflet for cadets
Combined art and science for STEM: Behind the Scenes competition, winning first place
Always eager to learn new skills and explore creative ideas

Overall, I would be honoured to show everyone outside of A Cappella what a wholesome family we are, and capture as many memories as I can 😊
