We can often feel overwhelmed by the academic demands of university. Now that we have all been here for a year, we have a better understanding of the challenges that come with balancing deadlines, exam stress, difficult content and the pressure to succeed. As your potential Academic Representative, I want to ensure that everyone feels heard, supported and confident in their studies. I aim to create a strong link between students and staff by gathering feedback, raising concerns and helping to communicate important academic information clearly. I will advocate for a fair, inclusive and engaging learning environment where everyone has access to the support and resources they need. Most importantly, I want to build on the supportive and collaborative environment we already have, while helping us to share ideas, learn from one another and make the most of our academic experience.
