LICHEN LIU

Hi, I’m Lichen Liu, an MSc Communications and Signal Processing student.

I’m a friendly, outgoing and approachable person, and I really enjoy meeting new people and listening to different perspectives. Outside of studying, I enjoy basketball, singing, photography and going to the gym.

I’m standing because I’d like to help make our postgraduate experience better and make sure students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and concerns. If elected, I’ll listen carefully, communicate feedback clearly to the department, and follow up so that students know their voices are being heard.

As an international student, I also understand that adjusting to a new academic and social environment can sometimes be challenging. I’d like to help make our postgraduate community more connected, welcoming and supportive.
