Bioengineering (UG): Year Three Academic Representative (Mech Eng Stream)
I’d like to be a representative to make sure feedback from our year is communicated clearly and constructively to the department.
My main focus would be on the things that actually affect our day-to-day experience (assessments, feedback, workload, teaching resources) and any issues that come up during the year. I’d make an effort to gather views from the wider cohort rather than relying on just a few opinions, and raise recurring concerns in a fair and practical way.
I’d also make sure students know what has been discussed and whether any changes or follow-up actions come from it.
