I'm Alvaro.

Third year gives us a lot of flexibility to choose what modules to take, but that inherently means more chances that something doesn't work first time for everyone. This role is there to make sure no one is left behind.

Staff don't know something doesn't work until someone tells them, and hands them a plan that can improve the current system. Some things aren't done one way because it's the best way, but because no one has scrutinised them before! Some things might've worked 10 years ago, but since, we've had a pandemic and an AI boom. Not all of them will be as effective now and we should help evolve them with us.

I'd love to watch your back so that you can enjoy a smooth-running year. There's enough to focus on already with placements, exams and courseworks.
