Anna Su

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Anna, a first-year biological sciences student running to be your RCSU events officer. Although I'm still new to Imperial, I've already come to appreciate how much university life happens beyond the classroom, and I’d love to take part in bringing people together through events. Having served as my high school's student council president, representing over 1,800 students, I'm excited to bring that experience and enthusiasm to RCSU. If elected, I'd like to build on RCSU's existing events by exploring more budget-friendly options, including free socials, student discounts, and early-bird deals. I also hope to help promote events earlier and more widely, so more students get the chance to join in. I can't save you from your 9AM lectures, but I can help you find events worth staying up for! Above all, I believe the best events come from understanding what YOU actually enjoy. Through polls and suggestion forms, I hope to bring more of your ideas and preferences into future RCSU events. At the end of the day, my goal is simply to organise events that you genuinely look forward to and enjoy being part of. I'd love the opportunity to make that happen, and I hope to have your support in this election!
