HEYYY I’m Cormac and I’d love to be your 24 MD for next year !! WOOO

Being 24 producer this year was enlightening. From issues with union to sleep deprivation on the night, I’ve seen the struggles first hand. As a member of band, I truly appreciated for the first time how incapable I am at playing the sax. I thought to myself, “how can I still be involved in 24 band without playing the instrument I’ve played for 10 years?” The answer was clear. I become MD and instead of just making the reed part sound shit, I make the whole musical sound awful.

ABRSM Grade 6 Alto Sax (couldn’t be assed finishing them but at least it wasn’t trinity)

Occasionally being audible in jazz band…?

I know a lot of this has seemed like a huge joke but I genuinely would absolutely love to take on this role. It’s honestly a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’d really really appreciate the chance to do this for such a cool society. I will put my ALL into this and also having been on 24 comm this year, I know the toll it can take on people. I’ll be there for everyone whether they’re cast, band, arts, tech, backstage or just chilling
