Hello all,

As many of you will know, I have been at ICBC for rather a long time, joining way back in the 2020-21 season while I was still a gap year student. What fewer of you will know, is that I was the novice women's eight coach that year, so I have seen how much of an impact the novice program can have when we develop athletes who then go on to become members of the senior squad. Moreover, as I commence my PhD next year, I will once again have a lot of time to commit to helping the novices, and am even finally moving away from my beloved Hackney to deepest, darkest Laundry Road to be closer to the boat club (oh and university I guess). So please vote for me as Novice Men's Rep for next year!
