Jenany Krishnaraj

As I was a member of the subcommittee this year, I have gained valuable experience supporting events, working closely with the committee, and helping create a welcoming environment for our members. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how the society operates and how we can continue to improve.

If elected, my main goal will be to strengthen engagement within the society. I want every member to feel included and encouraged to participate, whether they are new to the society or returning members. I will work to ensure that the subcommittee remains approachable, supportive, and actively involved in society events.

I also hope to build on the success of this year’s events by helping organise enjoyable socials, cultural celebrations, and collaborative opportunities that bring members together. By encouraging members to share their ideas and feedback, we can create events that reflect the interests of our community.

As Head of Subcommittee, I will focus on clear communication, teamwork, and ensuring that every subcommittee member feels valued and supported in their role. I am committed to contributing my experience, enthusiasm, and dedication to help Tamil Society continue to grow and thrive.
