Ayan Dualeh

My name is Ayan, and I'm a 2nd year medical student. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, as narrated by al-Tabarani, “The best of people are those most beneficial to people.” so I would be grateful for the opportunity to join the Muslim Medics committee as Technology Lead and help strengthen the society’s online presence in a way that keeps more medics connected, informed and engaged!

Experience:

• Previous MM lecturer and helped create the Year 1 POM mock exam, supporting students academically.

• Committee experience through SomSoc and Charity Week sponsorship team, developing teamwork and organisational skills.

Goals as TechLead:

• Aim to improve communication and engagement across Muslim Medics platforms.

• Interested in developing a Muslim Medics website as a central hub for events, resources, welfare support and opportunities.

• Would possibly collaborate with the Secretary to create an integrated calendar system so students can easily keep track of lectures, events and important dates!
