Vraj Patel

Hello, our names are Hannah and Vraj, and we are currently third year students. We are running together to be Livic Editors as we believe that it has the potential to be more than just a publication, but be the voice of our department. We want it to become the go-to source of information for everything occurring in the department and the wider profession, both academic and social. Livic should keep everyone informed, connected and engaged.

Vraj will expand coverage on developments within the industry and also highlight career opportunities. Useful academic information including updates, study and internships support will also be provided. Hannah will ensure that events are well publicised so that all students have the chance to experience all the social events CivSoc has to offer and all of the gossip after. She will ensure that Livic looks every bit as polished as a commercial magazine, while still capturing the unique humour of CivSoc. Together, we will also implement an Agony Aunt section to answer any of your questions about CivEng life.

Our aims are to ensure that Livic is informative, entertaining, relevant, accessible and genuinely useful for all CivSoc members 😊
