HEY! It’s Hana and I am so excited to run for your secretary!

I have REALLY enjoyed my time in Music Soc this year and genuinely can’t imagine uni
without it! I’ve loved being Orchestra Manager because I’ve enjoyed getting to know
people more, welcoming new members and working alongside people who love the
society as much as I do!

Some skills I have:
- Adaptable- I know ICU will be painful to work with but don’t worry- I will put up a
fight (and win ofc!). I am a speedy learner and can work well under pressure.
- Organised- I know the music calendar well after attending pretty much every
event this and last year- deadlines for risk assessments, room bookings and
event proposals will be met with a big fat tick.
- Ik teamwork makes the dreamwork- I'd love to work closely with the rest of
committee to make our events run smoothly.
- Good with time management- I have never sent an orchestra email late and am
always on time for orchestra rehearsals. I can’t wait for third year to be my
academically jobless year (I will have plenty of free time- yay)!

...and some new banging ideas:
- Earlier stash release so everyone can look hawwtt and fiyyahhh from term one.
- “Music families” to increase fresher retention and inter-ensemble mingling.
- More collaboration and promotion of our concerts with other arts societies,
including an opportunity for Bands to perform at Arts’ Winter Showcase.
