Hello all,

I am running for skate soc president because someone has to. If there is another candidate who is more passionate about this, please vote for them.

I am quite disconnected from the ice skating side of the society so I will keep that running as it currently is. However, if there are people from ice who want changes, of course i will look at it.

For the roller side, I will keep up witht he main events such as the february dinner and le mans. I will also try to add an actual Christmas dinner. I will also try to regain the discount we had with Slick Willies or another skate shop nearby. Finding an area we can play roller hockey during the summer would also be nice.

My main focus will be trying to get new wheels and bearings for most of the skates since they are in an awful shape. In addition, I will try to make the society a little larger by advertising it around campus more.
