Neel lohith Kygonahally

In case you don't already know me, my name is Neel Kygonahally (Diagonalley).

Having served as Treasurer for the past year, I am incredibly excited to be running to be your President next year.

I'll discuss these points in more detail at the AGM, but here's a brief overview of what I hope to achieve over the next year:

• Maintain our record-high levels of fresher recruitment across all teams to help secure the future success of the club.
• Strengthen overall club cohesion through socials, training sessions, and match days, ensuring all members feel part of the club community.
• Improve the quality of training sessions for all members, including increasing opportunities to train on grass during the outdoor season and working closely with the committee to enhance the indoor training experience.
• Extend skills-based training sessions beyond the 1s to benefit both the 1s and 2s.

Ultimately, you have my word that I will always act in the best interests of the club and its members. I want regular member feedback to become a key part of how the club is run, ensuring that both I and my committee lead the club in a way that reflects what our members want and need.
