As a penultimate-year Chemistry student and incoming FICC and Equities Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, with prior experience as a Hedge Fund Summer Analyst in my first year and a Middle-Market Sales and Trading Summer Analyst in my second year, I am well placed to deliver an impactful year for the society. Having secured 9 Spring Week offers in my second year from Citadel Securities, D.E. Shaw, Jane Street, GS, MS, UBS, BNP, RBC and NatWest, I understand what top firms look for and how to help members prepare, especially women who may not see themselves represented on trading floors. If elected, I will deliver three practical initiatives to make Women in Trading more supportive and outcomes driven.

Before Spring Week, a bootcamp for offer holders covering expectations, technical refreshers, and mock interviews to maximise conversion into summer internships.
