Ji-Eun Kang

Hi everyone! I’m Ji-Eun, a third year medic.

I joined Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology Society this year as vice chair during the co-opting elections. I have enjoyed being involved in organising society events this year and offering support to all committee members. I would love to be vice chair next year too to continue the amazing events that have been done, and to also put forward new ideas and research opportunities.

My primary goals as vice chair would be to:

• Reach out to experts in their field and link students to research projects.
• Be actively present in society events.
• Liaise with the chair and other committee members to seamlessly organise events.
