Hey everyone, I’m Nour and I’m running for Treasurer of Calisthenics Society.

Over the past year, I’ve really enjoyed being part of a society that pushes strength, discipline, and community. Calisthenics is such an empowering sport, it builds both physical and mental resilience, and I’d love to help support its growth in a practical and sustainable way.

As Treasurer, I’d ensure our finances are organised, transparent, and used effectively to benefit all members, whether that’s equipment, events, competitions, or workshops. I’m organised, detail-oriented, and responsible, and I understand how important budgeting and planning are for keeping a society running smoothly.

I’ve also noticed that there aren’t many girls involved in calisthenics society and I’d really love to help change that. Strength training spaces can sometimes feel intimidating, but they shouldn’t be. I’d love to support initiatives, taster sessions, or collaborations that encourage more girls to feel confident getting involved.

Calisthenics should be for everyone, and I’d love to play a role in helping our society grow stronger, more inclusive, and more ambitious.
