I want to bring in speakers to not just tell you about their jobs and careers, but more. How do finance models actually work in the real world? What stuff do you really use in the trading floor? This doesn't always come from the top people in the industry, but from professors who were once traders or even simple analysts with real-world experience.

You need to know what to learn and what not to learn.

A fireside chat won't always teach you that, but a semi-lecture type academic session just might.
