Aksinya Kharlamova

Hi everyone! I’m Aksinya (or Aksi), a first-year Medical Biosciences student and I’m excited to be running for Associate at ICFS.

I am constantly searching for ways to develop my financial understanding and commercial acumen and am eager to help others do the same. As an incoming Spring Intern at Lazard and PwC, I would also love to support ICFS members through the internship application process, as I know how daunting this can feel without guidance.

As an Associate, I would aim to:

• Help facilitate mentorship and peer support for Spring Week and Summer Internship applications
• Support the organisation of technical workshops (e.g. CV reviews, interview preparation)
• Assist with industry partner outreach for networking and speaker events
• Contribute to preparation for ICFS initiatives and collaboration with other universities

I believe that every student with an interest in a finance career can find a pathway that stimulates them and allows them to apply their unique STEMB skillset to thrive in the industry.
