Hi everyone! I’m Lavanya a fourth year medic currently intercalating in global health and I would love to be your next Telugu Society Vice Chair!

Telugu is such a beautiful language and we have so much shared history. Together with your help I will make this society one that helps us to connect not only with one another but with our rich history!

I’m well-equipped to be your next Telugu Vice Chair as I am an experienced member of GP Soc committee with 2 years of experience. I’ve been on committee for Students for Global Health and subcommittee for Teddy Bear Hospital.

My vision for this society includes:

📖 Learning Telugu! – Improving your reading, writing and speaking skills!
🪷 Telugu Festivals – Celebrating key festivals together: Ugadi, Sankranthi, Bathukamma and many more!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A Telugu Family – Cultivating a supportive Telugu Community at Imperial
