I'm running for Treasurer because I naturally think in terms of structure, optimisation, and long-term impact. What we can achieve with well-allocated money is far greater than what we can achieve by simply spending it.

I pay attention to detail, question assumptions, and look for smarter, more efficient ways to do things. That mindset is exactly what this role requires. A society doesn’t become stronger by spending more - it becomes stronger by spending deliberately. Every event should have a clear budget, every expense a purpose, and every decision a rationale.

If elected, I will focus on three things: clarity, efficiency, and growth. Clear budgeting so the committee always knows where we stand. Efficient spending so we maximise what we can deliver. And active efforts to secure sponsorships and partnerships so we expand what’s possible for our members.

I want our Azerbaijani Society to operate with professionalism and ambition. Financial stability isn’t just about balance sheets — it’s about giving us the confidence to aim higher.
