Hi everyone! I’m Jennie, a third-year Civil Engineering student, and I’m excited to run for Female Competition Captain for the upcoming academic year!

Kendo has become something I genuinely love — I’ve been turning up to as many sessions as I can (even on deadline days…). That passion is something I really want to share with everyone, whether you’re completely new or already experienced.

If elected, I’ll make it my priority to create a supportive, motivating, and fun training environment where everyone feels encouraged to push themselves and grow. I want people to not just enjoy kendo, but to get hooked on it.

On the competition side, I’ll work hard to organise focused training and support our teams in preparing for major events like Uni Tenkai and Mumeishi 3s. My goal is to help everyone feel confident, prepared, and proud when stepping onto the shiai-jo.
