Hi everyone, I’m Anoushka, a second year medical student, and I’m running to be MedTech Society Webmaster!

MedTech is such an exciting space, and I think a strong online presence is essential for showcasing everything the society offers. The website is often the first thing people see, whether they are new members, potential collaborators, or industry partners. I want to make sure it reflects the energy and ambition of the society.

If elected, I would focus on keeping the website clear, engaging, and easy to navigate. That means making sure events are updated promptly, resources are easy to find, and information about opportunities in MedTech is accessible to everyone. I would also look at ways to make the site more engaging, whether through highlighting past events, showcasing speaker insights, sharing useful links and opportunities or creating an interactive platform to enable members to showacse their findings in the field.

My technical proficiency, organisation and creativity make me suited for this role and I can be trusted to make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
