Hi! I am Saleha, a second year medical student and I would love to be on RAG General Committee next year.

RAG is such a huge part of ICSM life with events like the charity fashion show and Circle Line being many students’ favourite events of the year as they bring the community together while raising incredible amounts for meaningful causes. This is something

I am keen and well equipped to contribute to having independently organised multiple charity events at school, raising thousands of pounds through my own initiative. From initial planning to final delivery, I learned how to manage logistics, motivate others and stay calm under pressure.

Being part of an ICSM netball team has further strengthened my understanding of teamwork, knowing when to listen and how to support others so that we succeed together. These experiences have all taught me how to develop discussed ideas into events, engage people enthusiastically and maximise fundraising impact- all skills that are central to RAG’s aim.

Overall, I would love to help RAG continue to grow, innovate and make a meaningful difference, all whilst contributing to the most enjoyable events in the ICSM calendar!
