Hello! I’m running for JainSoc President this year as it’s one of my favourite societies at Imperial. I’ve been a part of it since the very start - in fact I was Treasurer this year, and since next year is likely my final one at Imperial, I really wanted to step up and get more involved in the best way possible!

My goal is to make JainSoc a place where anyone can come to learn about Jainism and its peaceful values; whether you’re Jain or not. More importantly, I want it to be a space where you can relax and take a break from the Imperial madness, meet new people, and create lasting friendships :)

I’m planning a calendar that covers a mix of everything. We’ll have chill, wholesome events like Seva nights to give back to the community and trips to Derasars in London, balanced with casual society dinners and cafe meetups to destress during the week. We’ll also have high-energy socials like bowling and indoor cricket, while maintaining our professional side at our annual Circles of Connections event in June.

I’m really looking forward to meeting you all next year and building a vibrant community that brings people together from all backgrounds. I’d love to have your support!
