Hi, my name is Kieron, and I am running for Year 3 Coordinator, a joint campaign along with Tom! These are our aims should we be elected for Year 3 coordinators!!

1. More personalised OSCE feedback
OSCE preparation can feel difficult when feedback is vague or inconsistent. I would advocate for more structured and personalised feedback, so students know where and how they could improve

2. Regular OSCE drop-in sessions
I want to help organise regular OSCE practice drop-in sessions, where students can practise stations in a relaxed environment and ask questions

3. Clinical skills practice sessions
I would support additional clinical skills drop-in sessions where students can practise examinations and procedures with peers in a supportive environment

4. Clearer teaching on common clinical conditions
I would advocate for clearer guidance on how to structure revision for common clinical presentations and key conditions, helping students feel more confident both on placement and in OSCE preparation

6. A streamlined OSCE buddy system
Rather than relying solely on previous CPA tutors, which sometimes meant some students were left without support, I would push for a more structured OSCE buddy system so everyone has a reliable partner or small group to practise with throughout the year
